Mind- Body Connection

What are you feeding your mind? How do you talk to yourself?
For many years, I didn’t really know what I liked about myself.I often felt like I wasn’t good enough — and that feeling quietly pushed me to always try harder.
Because I’m stubborn and refuse to give up easily, I kept moving forward. I smiled, stayed positive, and kept going… even when my mind was full of doubt.
But recently I realized something powerful: the journey doesn’t have to be that hard.I can make it gentler, lighter — simply by changing the way I speak to myself.
So I started paying attention to my inner voice.Instead of being my own biggest critic, I began to be my own best friend. It started with small things — kinder thoughts, softer self-talk, a bit of encouragement instead of judgment.
And that small shift changed everything.
Science and psychology have shown that the words we repeat to ourselves shape the way we think, feel, and act. Positive affirmations help rewire the brain through a process called neuroplasticity — the brain’s ability to form new connections. When you practice affirmations regularly, your mind begins to replace old, limiting beliefs with empowering ones.
Inner talk also affects the body: calm, empowering thoughts can lower stress hormones, balance your nervous system, and even slow your heart rate. By repeating peaceful affirmations, you’re not just “thinking positive” — you’r
e training your entire system to return to a state of harmony and inner balance.
So, I’ve prepared a special set of affirmations just for you. You’ll hear my voice guiding you, followed by a short space for you to repeat each sentence out loud or in your thoughts.
Practice them daily — when you drive, when you walk, or whenever you feel low. Let these words rewire your critic mind.
And with time, you’ll begin to create your own affirmations —words that truly belong to you, that reflect your inner strength.
All the love, all the power
Marta
