6 Weeks Program
This 6-week Holistic Transformation Program is created for women 40+ who want to feel stronger, more mobile, and more at home in their bodies—while being supported in a small, personal group setting.
The program goes beyond traditional strength and conditioning. Each session focuses on building core strength, supporting spinal health, and reducing lower back pain, while improving posture, flexibility, and overall movement quality.
We place equal emphasis on stretching, breathwork, and mindful movement to help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and ease anxiety—supporting not just your body, but your emotional wellbeing too.
