Service Description

Advanced cold exposure experience designed for people who are practicing cold showers, sea swimming, ice baths and they want to deepen their practice with advance breathwork and Wim Hof Method Style Hiking up in cold, windy Dublin Mountains. We start with gathering in the yurt and breathwork, followed by breakfast, hot tea and short break. After that we hike up to Fairy Castle Wim Hof Style, meaning in our shorts, hikes takes roughly 2- 2,5h. We come back to our base, warm up with hot meal and yurt sauna.
