About the experience

In the quiet countryside of Wicklow, surrounded by forest and fresh air, we create space to reset.

The plan is:

  • 9:30 Arrival 

  • 9:45 Welcoming & Breathwork session

  • 11:00 Healthy Breakfast

  • 11:30 Scenic Hike

  • 13:30 Lunch & siesta 

  • 15:00 Ice bath (optional)

  • 15:30 Sauna rituals

  • 17:00 Closing

This day retreat is designed to restore your nervous system and build natural resilience.

  • Full day in Wicklow Mountains

We stay in a peaceful countryside house Anam Kara surrounded by forest, mountains and fresh air.

This is a place where mornings begin with birdsong and evenings soften into deep stillness. With access to mountains and sauna, the location becomes part of the experience itself.
